Commercial Space at the Heart of the Museum Area...
Unfinished ground floor commercial space will be available for lease upon completion of this project. The building sits on Spring Garden Street, a main thoroughfare for cars and pedestrians, and touches the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The building faces Southward with unobstructed sunshine for most of the year and a direct line-of-site to the Von Collins baseball park and Philadelphia Museum of Art. Its high-visibility and walking proximity to Kelly Drive, Fairmount Park, and area museums (such as the new Barnes Foundation art gallery) makes it an ideal location for business operations. The Parkway is host to many annual events such as: Fourth of July, US Pro Cycling Championship, Museum Rodin Garden Party, and the Philadelphia Marathon - where tens of thousands of people come to celebrate. Size of commercial space 800 sq ft with the addition of a private basement utility/storage area and optional outdoor patio seating.
